In the event of a cancellation with any of Narmeen’s services, deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

After booking, Narmeen will be in contact with you with her availability. A call-out fee is required for all on location booking (depending on location and starting time). Please note, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Please note that there is a minimum of 3 people for on location bookings.

Please contact us through email or text message to cancel your appointment. Deposit will be forfeited for last minute cancellation or no-show ups. Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes after your appointment time. Please be aware that your appointment timeframe is strictly 60 minutes. Your duration of 60 minutes starts from the time of appointment, not arrival.
