TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a booking with Narmeen Yaqub and/or paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including but not limited to payment schedules, cancellation policies, and service details. It is the sole responsibility of the client who pays the deposit to understand, agree to, and adhere to these terms and conditions, including making all relevant payments on time. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit. In-Studio Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation: Please contact us through email or text message to cancel your appointment. Deposit will be forfeited for last minute cancellation or no-show ups. Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes after your appointment time. Please be aware that your appointment timeframe is strictly 60 minutes. Your duration of 60 minutes starts from the time of appointment, not arrival.
Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your Appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.
Health and Safety
Narmeen Yaqub and her assistants are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions that may arise from products used. If you, or any members of your bridal party have any particular allergies or hypersensitivity to makeup - it is your responsibility to inform Narmeen Yaqub prior to makeup application. Narmeen and her assistants do not accept liability for any claims arising from allergic reactions, or injury suffered as a result of consenting to the use of these products. By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you release Narmeen and her assistants from all liability if such situation should arise.
Hygiene Practices
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients by adhering to strict hygiene practices. All makeup tools and products are sanitized before and after each use. Brushes and applicators are cleaned thoroughly, and disposable applicators are used whenever possible to prevent cross-contamination. We also ensure that our working environment is clean and sanitized. If you have any concerns about our hygiene practices, please feel free to discuss them with us prior to your appointment.
